Satisfaction Guaranteed

We are committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your Avian Naturals purchase, please contact us prior to returning any merchandise.

If there is any issue with any order it must be brought to our attention within a week of delivery.  No refunds of any kind will be given if it is past 30 days from the order date.

Merchandise MUST be returned within 7 days after receiving your order and with pre-authorization from us. All products will need to be in their original, unused condition including all boxes and accessories. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. Refunds are issued if we made an error, less a small service fee. All other returns will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the product total. The original shipping fees are not refundable, unless, of course, you are returning merchandise we shipped in error

There will be a $1.00 transaction fee for refunds processed which also includes processing a missed discount code.
